Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to provide our valued customers with a hassle-free exchange process to ensure your satisfaction. To initiate an exchange of your product, please send us an email at hello@lovepangolin.com. In your email, include your order number and mobile number, and specify the replacement item you require.

Please be aware that we maintain a consistent policy for all customers, and no exceptions will be made. We kindly request you to review our exchange policy outlined below.

  • One-Time Free Exchange
    We offer size exchanges only for the apparel category. For such a change, the customer will have to raise a complaint within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you've received a product that doesn't meet your size or preference expectations, you can request an exchange at no additional cost.
  • Exchange Request Process
    To initiate an exchange, please inform us of the desired size or variant, and we will process your request promptly.
  • Exchange Pickup
    We have designated delivery pickup services to facilitate your exchange. Simply hand over the item you wish to exchange to our pickup agent when they arrive at your location.Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
  • Self-Shipping for Exchange
    In the event that your pincode is not covered for a reverse pick-up service, you will need to arrange the courier for the product(s) to be sent to the following address:

    To ensure a secure transit and facilitate the process, kindly pack the items securely, mention the Order ID and your registered mobile number on the packaging, and ensure that all items are in unused condition with original tags attached and packaging intact.
    Please note that we will reimburse the courier charges, as we offer free exchanges only once.

  • Replacement Dispatch
    Once we receive your item, we will dispatch the replacement as soon as possible to ensure a swift turnaround. It takes 5-7 working days for us to send a replacement.
  • Size Guide
    For a precise exchange request, we advise consulting our size guide and taking your measurements to select the correct size. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the replacement still doesn't fit.
  • Additional Exchanges
    Our policy allows for a one-time free exchange. Should you require further exchanges for the same order, there will be a nominal handling and courier charge of Rs. 299/- applicable.
  • Ineligible for exchange
    Umbrellas and masks are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only if a request is received within 7 days after the delivery of the product. Once the refund request is accepted, please allow a period of 7 days for the refund amount to be processed and reflected in your bank account.

  • Refunds and bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
  • For payments made with the COD (Cash On Delivery) option, customers are required to share their bank details via email for processing. Please allow a processing time of 5-7 working days for our accounts team to complete this procedure.
  • The refunded amount will be credited only to the original account used for the transaction and to the customer's bank account exclusively, and not to any other account.
  • For items purchased under the "Buy 2 Get 1" offer, kindly note that if a customer chooses to return any single product from this promotion, they will forfeit their eligibility for the offer, and any applicable refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Returns & Refund

Thank you for choosing Love Pangolin. We want to ensure that you have a smooth shopping experience with us. You may return products within seven days of delivery. Please note that we will not accept returns for items sent back to us after 7 days of delivery, and neither will they be dispatched again nor eligible for a refund. To initiate a return, kindly email us at hello@lovepangolin.com within 7 days of delivery and follow the return procedure outlined below:

  • Returns Within Seven Days
    We gladly accept returns of our products within seven days from the date of purchase, provided that the returned products meet the following criteria:
    1. The products must be new and unused.
    2. All original packaging and tags must be intact and included with the return.
  • Return Procedure
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    1. Package your product securely.
    2. Enclose your order invoice.

  • Return Shipping Costs
    Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. We do not offer a return pick-up service.
  • Responsibility During Transit
    We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return. We request you to keep tracking the shipment and update us that the shipment sent by you is delivered to us to avoid any delay in processing your refund. We appreciate your cooperation as this will help us expedite the refund process once the return reaches our warehouse. Please note that we are not responsible for items until they reach our warehouse.
  • Inspection and Refund
    Upon arrival at our warehouse, our team will inspect the returned items to ensure they are in their original condition. This quality check typically takes 5-10 business days. Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund.
  • Failed Quality Check
    If an item does not pass our quality checks, you will be notified via email, and it will be returned to you at your cost.
